The prices, set in euros, are supplied for information only and may change according to the changing rate.

Add 10% service for the restaurant and the bar
5% commision for the credit card paiment (visa only).

Discounts:

20 % less for 10 years old children who sleep in their parents' room (adapted room with a double bed and two single beds)
50 % less for 5 years old children

30 % account deposit when booking

- Stay / Confirmation Deposit:

A written confirmation only, by e-mail, from ourselves, make the proof of the recording of your booking.
This one is effective only at the receiving of your account that is : 30 % of the total amount of your stay.
- At more than 30 days before your departure, 30 % of the total amount of your stay is asked at the registration . The balance is to be paid 30 days before the departure.
- At less than 30 days before the departure,the total amount of your stay is asked at the registration.

Without payment within time indicated above, SOSSEGO SURFCAMP has the right to consider that the client has canceled his jstay.

- Payment : By Bank transfer, bank account details sent by mail when availability confirmed.
Payment on the premises for the equipment rental and the restaurant.

- Prices list:

The published prices list in this booklet are communicated subject to print mistake or omission.
- SOSSEGO SURFCAMP keeps the right to pass on them eventual regulatory or fiscal economical evolutions ( rate of exchange, taxes...)
To enable you to stay longer, we offer you 20%*discount for children who sleep in their parents' room, and 50% discount for children less than 6years old.
The prices list is established in Euros, on the base of prices and rate of exchange in effect at the time of our documents conception, and are likely to be changed after the release.
Ours prices will be confirmed at the registration. They do not include:
- the round trip flight ticket, the airport taxes, the personnal expenses, the administrative requirements ( passport...)
- Half board : It starts with an offered aperitif at the arrival, includes the breakfast and dinner every day, ends with the last day's breakfast.
- Insurances : T
here's no individual insurance included in our prices. The theft garanty works only in special burglary cases in the hotel (cash and jewellery are never garanted as well as credit cards and papers)
- To be receivable, the statement must come along with a complain filing.

- Canceling Conditions:

Very serious reasons can force a client to cancel. The refund modalities are as follows:
- If the canceling requirement is send by post tranfer
- with aknowledge receipt (reception date prooving)
- More than 50 days before the departure: account refund.
- Between the 49th and the 30th day before the departure,SOSSEGO SURFCAMP keeps the account.
- Between 29 to 15 days before departure, 30% of the balance is kept.
- From 14 days till the stay date, 60% of the balance is kept.
Cancel of our own choice, due to risky local situation (political, sanitary, natural catastrophe) can occur at any time. In all the canceling cases, the registered people are refund in full, but cannot pretend to any allowance.
